  • I have spent my entire career in the travel and transportation sectors, in both a business and legal capacity. My extensive experience has served to provide me a 360 degree perspective on operating, growing, protecting, buying and selling businesses in these industries.
  • I have built a significant worldwide network within these industries which provides my clients a strategic advantage that gives them added leverage in their business pursuits.
  • In addition to being a partner of BLF, I am a partner of Fieldstone Equity, Inc. Fieldstone is an advisory services and private equity management firm focused on developing medium to large-sized businesses in the travel sector.
  • I am Co-Counsel to McBreen & Kopko. I work with the firm’s Transportation and Travel Group, which represents a broad spectrum of transportation companies on a wide range of legal matters (e.g., M&A, corporate transactions, litigation and regulatory).
  • Prior to BLF, I was a Partner of McBreen & Kopko (I was co-head of their Transportation and Travel Group), General Counsel of a structured finance firm (investments/projects worldwide), partner in a boutique aviation law firm, in-house counsel with Trans World Airlines, and an associate with a boutique surface transportation law firm.
  • I live with my family on Long Island, New York and sit on the Board of Directors of Tourism Cares and am a member of the JFK International Airport Rotary Club (former President, Vice President and Board  member).
